What we built
A shop assistant first
SenseAI starts as a chat widget in the Tortuga Sense online shop. It answers questions about products, ingredients, and the company, grounded in the shop's own content rather than the open internet.
Consent before conversation
Consent before conversation Before the widget answers a single message, it requires explicit consent to the current terms, enforced by the backend. In a healthcare context, that's not bureaucracy, it's the foundation.
Built to grow into healthcare
Under the widget sits a full chat platform with retrieval over curated knowledge, hosted in Switzerland. The next step is already designed: doctors managing patient knowledge bases and, over time, a preventative health companion for everyone.
The results
SenseAI has not launched yet. The platform behind it is ready for its first step: the widget is integrated into the shop, the consent and chat APIs are in place, and everything runs on Swiss infrastructure, built for the stricter requirements of the health use cases to come.
